Juan J. Redín is the firm’s principal and lead attorney, bringing nearly two decades of experience at premier global law firms and a track record advising on complex finance and project transactions totaling over $15 billion.
Juan has represented clients in a host of areas including entity formation and governance; mergers and acquisitions; debt financing; and business-related contracts.
Juan earned his Juris Doctor from UCLA School of Law, where he served as Co-Editor-in-Chief of the Chicano Latino Law Review and External Co-Chair of the La Raza Law Students Association.
A dedicated leader in the legal community, Juan currently serves as Vice President of the Mexican American Bar Association and previously served on the board of the UCLA School of Law Marco Firebaugh Dream Fund.
Juan is deeply committed to expanding educational access for underserved communities, particularly Dreamers. In recognition of this work, he was honored to join First Lady Michelle Obama at the 2012 State of the Union Address in Washington, D.C.
